★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel stuck for 4 days (starting 26/10) at Alor Setar, and being delivered today (1/11). But the courier sent the parcel to an agent. Why cannot send direct to my house? Satu masalah pulak nak kena pergi ambik dekat agent. I am begging please improve your service to make customer happy with your service. I paid for the shipping but this came out ??♀️ sorry to say but kalau macam ni your service, you dont deserve any star??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned them on morning of 27th December because their tracking apps showed that the package had been delivered to me 11 days ago on 16th, which is not. They discovered that the package is still with them and can only be delivered the next day (28th) as the despatch van is already out. So, I drove over to the office to collect it personally. There was a frantic search for the package in the office, but and it was finally found to be with the despatch team. I was really dumbfounded by the experience. Personally I'll not use this office if I want something important to be delivered safely and quickly.
