★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstime using this courier..seriously bad experience. Hold item for 7 days..until today didn't get the item..try to call but no body pick up..pls dont do this to the customer..if cant deliver pls return back the parcel to the owner..!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m also waited for my parcel and it’s claimed stuck here but not very many days yet. I read all bad reviews and quickly called Citylink HQ for checking and arrangement. HQ is very helpful, jot down my details and called me back to follow up my parcel location and arranged delivery date. I opted for self pickup to avoid hiccup and he arranged properly as well. In the end I’m able to pick up within 3 days after sender shipped. Guess service has been improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An item for me arrived at the station Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon it still was not delivered. Around 4pm I called and they told me they cannot promise me if they can deliver the next day or even when can they do it. The lady on the phone also said i cannot pick up because they need time to find the item (i offered to come cloae to 5 pm)The lady on the phone said it's her first day so I asked to speak to the boss instead but after putting me on hold she hung up and refuse to answer my calls .
I called hq and told customer service about this experience at 430 and told customer service to tell them I'm coming. I came at 455 and got my item in 10 minutes. So much for no time to search for the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel was sent out on 13/12/2021 Monday, supposed to be delivered to the receiver by the next day on 14/12/2021 Tuesday. But once checked from City-Link HQ customer service on 15/12/2021 Wednesday, informed that receiver's address invalid. I had double checked with the receiver that the address was correct and requested to re-arrange delivery again. Due to weather worthy on 17/12/2021 Friday, City-Link HQ customer service was promised to deliver later by 20/12/2020 Monday.
Until today 20/12/2020 afternoon, once I checked with City -Link Damansara branch customer service, I was just alerted to the parcel still left in the Damansara branch office. I felt so disappointed with the courier service provided as they never re-arrange to deliver my parcel. I am still waiting for City-Link to solve this problem. Very useless service and irresponsible.
