First time visiting post office but experience was really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office surround by housing area. Had my road tax renew here with charges rm2.50. Going in weekday and afternoon time, not so crowded and fast respond from counter. Overall done my visit roughly not more than 15 mins.

Staff are professional and great attitude.
The problem is the waiting time.
I waited for an hour just to purchase one single courier plastic to fill one book.
Place is crowded like mad.
Also, i hope there will be a guideline on procedures of writing and posting items.
