★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very terrible the services, parcel in system 07 May 20 recorded Received by Banting Branch 07:12AM, until today 20 May 20 i have to call direct to their branch to ask, through find out, admin girl calling ask driver direct, only be informed that parcel he said already delivered but not inform to office to update to system, so disappointed of this kind of not professional services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed with DE A. Very poor services of Banting branch. Items delivered on but stuck there for 3 days. Phone call many time never picked-up.
If you don't know how to find address location then call lah for direction. If too busy then ask to self collect item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! Terrible customer service change the staff again and again can't even solve my problems! I suggest you guys delivery with J&T next time shxts thing if citylink can't found ur address they will just set ur item to (Receiver Requested Later Delivery) even u never request that before they will just wait until u call them or they will just do nothing!
