โ โ โ โ โ First time use this company delivery service. Sending a total 2 parcel. One is safely delivered but another one is lost. Ask for customer service to assist in solving the problem if fast reply on first few round but late reply or just replying for next day. When giving reply all blaming systems down all that stuff. When asking for communicate with delivery person to confirm which building block are them to deliver the parcel on today 1.30pm for receiver to checking cctv purposes, but reply on 4.30pm and told me can ask but on Mon as their HQ is half day on Saturday. I just Wan to know that what are they doing in this 3 hours. Never use this service any more. Bring me bad experience on first time using it. Not responsible at all.
