โ โ โ โ โ We had a parcel that u failed to deliver (no call, nothing!!!!)and went to drop off point ourselves to collect the item. Your staff telling us its out for delivery. Later the day ur system tell us failed delivery again with no call nothing. And require us to pick up the parcel ourselves.We have check the phone no provided are correct. This kind of rubbish delivery company should just close shop. I wont be choosing your company again. We have alot of choices, do remember this! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COURIER SERVICE.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor. My parcels arrived several days at the Banting branch depot but were not delivered. Called them many times during the day but line is always busy. Their website says closing time is 8.00pm. I called at 7.10pm but voice message said they are closed. So how many stars should I give them?

โ โ โ โ โ Haven't received the item until I when myself to inquire about the issue and collected myself the item. It's been 3days item was not moving from j&t Banting to my house (1km away only ??โโ๏ธ). Doesnt matter if it takes days to received if it's on heavy peak busy days. But the counter staff should be train to serve better even on busy days to be. Need some professionalism. The staff was little harsh to answer "barang yg kita terima tak boleh nak jangka akan delivery terus". Instead of explaining in a proper tone or way. This happened on 30th October at 1pm.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service by this jnt banting.It take forever to pickup the phone.Are you doing business or not? Also self collect is not allowed too. Just close down your business immediately.Other jnt are not like this.Failed!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Sunday not allow self collect, after 5pm not allow self collect, open 9am but not allow self collect need wait till 10am, not delivery to office during saturday.....if ur parcel reach around 530pm at friday, u might receive it on monday afternoon. Suck!

โ โ โ โ โ Been here several times. Good services. But lately after pkp, seems like the front counter staffs may changed. No longer so call mesra pelanggan. Went here today 24/12 @ 7.30 pm. The indian lady said they r closed. Im pointing to rhe operation hours listed on the entrance. until 8.00 pm. She respond.. owhh 8.00 pm masa kitorng blk. Ooooo waktu staff balik mmg ade tulis kat situ ye??? I tnye... (dlm hati) hahahahahaahaaaa.

โ โ โ โ โ I called up many times to arrange self pickup for my parcel as I need it urgently but non was pickup.. status on hold due to bad weather but weather was soundly fine and bright sunshine. I donno how to upload picture in this comment if not I can show how bright the sun now. What is your definition of bad weather.????
