my parcel was stuck at hub for more than a week. Call Butterworth branch no answer at all. bad service. call so many times no answer at all. call to center, pass my line and end up rang till hang up. keep on pass the line and end up hang up. really sucks. and right now my parcel still didn’t get

Lousy at all. what kind of service that you guys provide. Even go to front desk and self collection for the parcel also cannot get it. Wait for 1 and the half hour and told me that you guys cannot find the parcel, need find one by one?? What kind of warehouse system you guys have or you guys just simply throw the parcel at beside???

My parcel has been stuck at Bukit Mertajam branch for A WEEK!!! Request for own collection but NO ONE ANSWER MY CALL, has been call for 52 times and more!!! Such a bad & lousy service!!! Dear Citylink, KINDLY TAKE ACTION FOR THIS ISSUE!!!

Should not deserve any star at all. Your driver is freaking rude. Memang dibenarkan untuk perli customer if tak answer call ya? Your driver is extremely rude. If you want to complaint about your job need to call customer, then QUIT!! Ramai yg nak kerja kat luar sana.Most lousy courier ever. Branch butterworth pun also same, lazy driver.

Updated tracking status DELIVERED, but haven't deliver any of my parcel to me yet...

We called for pickup services, we asked him to wait for a while for us to take the parcel the courier guy just go away without informing. Then, we called the branch again for another pickup arrangement but no one answer our call. We hope for better experience next time.

My parcel one week didn't deliver, and pending, call no one pick up too ..have no choice and come collect myself... Dun know why city link can be like that... Disappointed with this courier service.. Hope HQ can take some action about this..

Dear all Shopee sellers, please stop using Citylink express for item delivery! Avoid Citylink express at all costs, especially in Penang. It happened to me today, I ordered an item from Shopee, the seller shipped my parcel out with Citylink from Georgetown to Bukit Mertajam 30KM+, once arrived to CityLink origin facility in Penang, departure scan in perai and then departed to local facility (Butterworth), on next day, it says out for delivery, but then it did not arrived to the house and I did not receive a parcel. Another 2 days later, still did not receive the parcel. Local facility call number no answer. So I call the HQ, but then the HQ customer service says that delivery rider was tested positive for something (maybe covid-19 or other things but I can't really sure because I forgot what they actually say when I call the HQ customer service). What the hell is wrong with this!? Why not change the delivery rider with an appointment when that situation happened? I thought Citylink could be a good one because I had some bad experience with shopee xpress, but this Citylink is much worse than that, it was my first time of bad experience with Citylink since I have multiple experience with other courier service for online shopping. So I went to CityLink BM to self collect, but then female Malay staff says that they are too many parcel at the department and needs to find my parcel. So I gave her my contact number so that once they found my parcel they will call me to self collect, I'm busy so I will self collect tomorrow once they call me today or tomorrow. If my parcel goes missing I'm getting screwed and I had to get refund from the seller. This is a crappiest courier services I ever had experience with it! Citylink should either resolve that issues or just close their courier immediately! I have seen other people had bad experience with Citylink too, particularly in trackingmore and also here. Why Shopee was no longer allowing customer like me and others to choose variety of courier services manually since we use Shopee for years?? I have some good experience with other courier service when I ordered other items from Shopee. I know Shopee xpress was bad experience for me enough, but this Citylink express is even worse than that. I'm gonna swear if my parcel was goes missing when I even want to self collect my parcel from logistics warehouse after did not delivered to my house on weeks.
