โ โ โ โ โ Worse company ever!!! DO NOT USE CITYLINK EVER... Customer service is really bad, no manners at all. They dont even know what they r doing. Very Rude. I have waited for my order to deliver more than a month i have called them 100 times. They just transfer call to each other like a game and each person ask for my tracking number in the end, end the call. And when i called back no one will answer. I haven't received my order at all. Really Frustrated hope this company will close down soon with this kind of employees.

*P/s: Website says closes at 6.30pm, I came at 6.10pm already closed so I am quite sad :(

โ โ โ โ โ Today (8 Feb 2021) i sent 5 items for 5 different locations . Two ladies are friendly and helpful. Would like to give them the stars here. Due to over demand, city link raise the price. My item is light weight, they charge me for the price of 2kg.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff assisted by providing HQ customer services contact when was unable to contact Sri Damansara City link office after tried for 2 days when my parcel was showed as stuck in Sri Damansara branch for 4 days.

โ โ โ โ โ The absolute worst shipping courier when using shopee. How many times have I asked them to drop the parcel off at the lobby. And how many times do they insist to not drop it off at the lobby. Everytime a seller uses citylink it's always a hassle. Terrible. I'm not sure how many brain cells they have but it can't be more than 10.
