★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 years old hotel with nice design but the lady boss is rude to her staff and keep yelling here and there.
Small and value for money, location is good with surroundings of shops and restaurant, parking lot is free at the road side. Bathroom equipped with strong water pump and this the best thing.
Slow check in progress. No lift for 3 level boutique hotel, it would be a trouble for senior room guest.
The soundproofing equipment need to be upgraded as there are many noise from everywhere, downstairs, speaking or tv voice from next room, praying from the mosque at the opposite etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a budget hotel living up to its standard. Comfortable stay and no complaints about bathroom or cleanliness. Hotel room provides a simple, foot massage machine which I found beneficial. No charge. Easy access to many restaurants, business shops and Kepong Village Mall in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was by far the most lousy hotel I have stayed. The cleanest of the hotel was bad for the first room, dirty bed, dirty towel, and tissues still on the floor which looks like not yet serviced. It was better when requested to changed another room to be fair. However both room has the same issue, you need to prepare your own shower gel as they won't refill even it is empty!
The reception was also unacceptable whereby there will be no one in service during 1am - 8am. Imagine you need to check out at 7am which is exactly I experienced and I'm forced to stay in the room for another hour just to wait for the staff arrival and proceed to check out. Definitely won't come back and I don't feel it is worth for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to stay. Staffs were rude and very unfriendly. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Beds were uncomfortable and springy. Bathroom had smoking smell when it was supposed to be smoking free room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! I can provide a very dusty photo! The first ever budget hotel that I stay is so so lousy! The room is small I’m okay, the toilet is small still okay because it’s budget right? But the lamp is so dusty not to say it’s just right beside the bed, and the lamp is so dark and it feels like shooting horror movie. Everything is not well prepared, paid deposit but no receipt given, this is not acceptable! Please, no more next time ☺️
