one star also cant give their service!!!
Why does the parcel deliver late again and again... so tired to push them..extremely disappointed to Skynet.Can you improve the efficiency?

โ โ โ โ โ Skynet Sitiawan always got issue of delivery late, unable to find address and will ask the recipient to collect the parcel themselves. What for open a center locally when your courier-man "lost"? And if we were to collect ourselves because Skynet Sitiawan unable to deliver, can we charge back Skynet our fuel price? Lousy service!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever! I wish I could give zero star. Item was supposed to be shipped to my office, but even after a week nobody calls. Suddenly when I called to check the status, simply asked me to go and collect myself at their office! Nobody from skynet calls asking me to collect my item.

โ โ โ โ โ A busy place. Item on website showed that it was out for delivery. Waited whole day and no one came. Traveled to their office the next day and was told the item was never out for delivery because driver was not around. I had two packages. They ask me to come back later saying their comp only works an hour later, but few. I had two packages. Another worker used the computer and found one of my package. They decided to sent the other one themselves, they left a note as they pass my house and drove off without delivering even though there are people in the house. Why kind of courier service does that?

โ โ โ โ โ This courier service will cease soon. Tracking not up to date, Everyday have to deal with lots of backlog delivery. 5 PM all drivers already back home. Messy storage arrangement. Others Couriers will send out parcel on the same day as they arrived branch, but SKYNET will only send send it tomorrow,, or next week.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience with customer service, speed respond. But need improve in terms of delivery. No need to call customer before delivery, there must be someone will able to receive the item. And need to increase frequency delivery to rural area. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor and bad service. Irresponsible for your parcel delivery. Experience almost everytime when people sent parcel to us using their service. I hope they will reliase their long exist problem and resolve if they could do so.

โ โ โ โ โ I received info the item received by 6 April 21 nevertheless none. Several time call skynet sitiawan they put me like a ball and till todate the goods still not received. Please tell me how to resolve this problem soones possible or otherwise I will put complaint. Thank you.
