★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if possible, I wont give any star for the company. Low efficiency, lack of communication, bad service, expensive fee, delivery one parcel from kl to jb it takes almost 1 week, 30 August 2021 I had sent the parcel, 1 Sep reached at Skudai, Johor at 11p.m..... Until now 6 Sep, the parcel still be stuck in there... no one can tell me why. Customer service didnt picked up, hotline cant reached, whatsapp cant settle the problem, facebook didnt answered...
