5 days to arrive from china to malaysia, then cj century picked it up, i search up the hub and saw all these bad ratings, my stuff
was stuck at the hub for about 2 days? I emailed them about this and they delivered it today. I guess mine went well, i hope everyone here receives their stuff as well
Update : My recent parcel only took 2 days to deliver :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pick up my parcel from my supplier at melaka on 25th May 2021 until now 4th June 2021 I didn't received my parcel. I didn't know why they have spend more than one week to deliver the parcel from melaka to jb? The most worse courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service experience I have ever had. My parcel was stuck in Bukit Raja for the longest time and when I called the first time, they directed me to customer service where no one answered my call. For the next few times I called, they hung up on me and rejected my calls. Please never use CJ Century, you will never know when you will get your parcel as their working speed is close to zero. You will only waste your time with this courier company. I hope you shut down with the way you treat your customers.

If google can allow me rate them 0 star, I will do so.
Shopee using CJ Century ship my parcel. Item was on hold at this workshop, and pending for few weeks. Call hotline, call whatever number but no one is willing pick the call.
Tried email them, also no response. Giving feedback at Facebook, but they delete all the comment.
If you are busy, and please don’t take order from shopee, let J&T, DHL, LEX or Ninja Van TL handle. You are the worst logistic company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst courier service ever. not reccomended. the customer service is terrible and they can even lose your parcel ! outrageous. this is probably the slowest couriers i've ever met. was supposed to receive my package 2 days ago but now the branch in melaka is temporarily closed and my package has been stuck at Bukit Raja for 3 days now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel from China has been sitting there since the 25th of May 2021. All my calls to them is not being answered. So have asked for a refund from shopee which the seller is disputing which I know they can't win. The Shopee gurantee has also expired so how do you describe a delivery service that you have paid for but doesn't deliver?

Huge packet of 15kg dry dog food can go missing.
Small item like key chain can stuck at hub for three days. If you say three days is not long, please compare yourself with other couriers and feel ashamed.
