★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Bad Bad service, when driver delivering, calls with unknown number and says will be at my place in 30 mins on a Friday and no show, waited till 8pm. Even on Monday no calls from them for delivery. I had to call their office to find out why no delivery and person cannot give any reply, just says operation person wil contact me. However by 5:13pm still no call. What kind of service is this? Kept my product and never called. Customer is left in the dark and having to follow up. Was told will be delivered today but seriously doubt it as it is already 6:16pm. Still no calls from company or delivery.
Update: finally got a call at 7:12 pm and told me will deliver tonight. Received call at 8:41pm and finally delivered to house at 8:53pm.
