★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mula mula nak marah sangat dengan sevis yang Lazada delivery bagi. Tapi, lepas try pegi hub, staff dia baik sangat layan kita. Tutur kata baik, reaksi muka manis, auto rasa sejuk hati. So, selepas 2 kali parcel gagal dihantar walaupun 10 minit je jarak hub ke rumah, akhirnya berjaya pickup sendiri. Thankyou !
I'm starting to get very angry with the service that Lazada delivery provides. But, after trying to get to the hub, the staff was very kind to us. Say good words, sweet facial reactions, auto feel cool. So, after 2 times the parcel failed to be delivered even 10 minutes je distance from the hub to the house, finally managed to pickup myself. Thankyou!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer forever First ,we coming give parcel for here drop-off and here staff one girl to door inside scan parcel is very bad attitude no manners, treat customers and then want customer waiting scan finish after can Leave is no problem,but pls give good polite talking-to customer Don exhortation customer and don show bad attitude treat customer ,pls call company training your staff service how to keep good manners.
