★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor delivery. Parcel arrived at the hub & kept for several days before delivery. That was after I called and reminded that the parcel is urgent. Please improve. You cannot be giving me "barang tengah banyak" excuse. Isn't that the whole point of your COURIER SERVICE?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than the normal post. The parcel pick up at melaka branch on 10th May till to date 19th May still in melaka branch. Never try tis courier service, surely u will feel regret. All phone numbers mentioned in their Web pg, no one will answer ur calls. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor service. Attempted delivery was made on the 15th May. But parcel did not arrive and its stated in tracking that delivery failed. Till today 22nd May, they did not make any attemp for a second delivery. They are just sitting on it. Called hotline number but it say their working hours is from monday to friday 9am to 6pm. Really frustrated. Please send my parcel. CJMY215904249723R

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parcel's reaching due date soon and the status is delivery attemp failed, and when i called the hotline, it says Line busy and its like 11 in the morning on a normal working day. this courier service also has no fixed time on their opening and closing time. sorry to say but im disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there's 0 rating because that's the category they fall into.. I waited for 30mins outside their office for just one customer. I was asked to remove my shoes outside before I can enter but guess what.. Outside is more clean than inside the waiting area. The worst service ever. I really don't know why my parcel went through them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come here to check why they haven't deliver your parcel and why it stated delivery failed but no delivery is executed, the answer is they never do the delivery and your parcel is in their warehouse. Yes, you have to go down there yourself and give your tracking no for them to find your parcel. You will find that their warehouse is full with parcels and only two or three men are working. Hope this helps you. Rate one star for their ignorance to inform the recipients and their failure to pickup the phone when needed.
