โ โ โ โ โ i waited 5days to receive my parcel.they said cant find my address.how come? all this while poslaju,gdex never fail sending my parcel! today (14.3.18) they called me and tell me that THEY HAVE NOT ENIUGH MANPOWER?!!! such a ridiculous reason!!!

โ โ โ โ โ This happened on me recently. I had been waiting whole day in my house and there is no any vehicle passed through or arrive in front of my house yet the delivery progress on tracking page stated failed to deliver!!! It happened for twice!!! I had called the phone for whole morning and no one pick up the phone. What kind of service is this??? Very bad service!!!

โ โ โ โ โ lousy service. I went 2x to collect my parcel. 1st my parcel was not at the collection counter. 2nd the clerk at the counter was slow like snail. There were 2 customers busy preparing their parcel and while they do that this clerk couldn have took my slip and looked for the parcel... NO she never did this. Seriously u have to improve your service. 2nd I told the lady at the counter to deliver after 3.30pm or call before coming. NOPE it seems they wont make any calls... is it so??? Soon u will close shop

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible services. Called us at afternoon and said will send a truck to collect the parcels. Waited until 5.20 p.m. and not picking up any calls. Then the girl said 'tak sempat' and asked us to wait until tomorrow. We already PAID the services via Easy Parcel. Immediately hang up the call when we complained about this. Then no responds at all when we call. Seriously terrible! If you don't have the heart to work at the courier, then don't work there. Even skynet is SO much better than this s***.

โ โ โ โ โ nobody from nationwide call the consignee to accept the parcel but in tracking parcel stated "Package not attempt" Call for many times nobody pickup ?? even single note pun tak letak. how do we claim the parcel??? please do clarify.
