★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a pleasant experience with them. WhatsApp them the night before to confirm my laundry pickup time and they dropped by my hotel the next day (Wednesday morning) on time. My laundry was done, ironed, and delivered in person on Thursday morning. The staff was very friendly on both occasions too. I wouldn't hesitate to send my laundry over to them again when I come back to Penang for holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good...We used the pick and up and drop off service which was quite helpful as we had a busy schedule. We also requested the same day service which came with a 50% premium charge, which we still found this to be reasonable.
The not so good...One thing that we were very disappointed with was that one piece of garment was missing when the laundry was returned. Before We send our clothing to be laundered we always make note of every piece. This one piece was more expensive than the entire cost of the laundry service so be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Cleaning Star service twice during my week long stay. First time, I requested a standard delivery time and my clothes come back nicely washed and folded the next day. Second time, I asked for the same day delivery. They picked up from the hotel receptionist at 9:30am and dropped off before dinner time. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation with this wonderful niche service!
They are reliable, courtesy and well-priced. Will use them again in my next F&F visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. RM8 per kg, next day / same day service 50% more. Picked up our laundry at the hotel and called on the cell phone when I wasn't there in time while always being super friendly.
We actually went to the place by foot, which is totally unnecessary - just use the online tool to arrange everything. However, the guy in the shop was friendly and supportive, explained the rates and the online booking system. Laundry came next day, nicely smelling and wonderfully folded, wrapped in plastic bags.
To think we considered spending 3h in a self-service laundromat instead of this?
