★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase internal hardisk through Lazada. Estimate date arrival 16-21 Nov 2018. On 21, i called asiaclick how come there’s not tracking number? And they only give me when I asked few times. The stock deliver from ClickAsia.
On 29 Nov which is late received item. The item wrap with a 1 super thin layer of bubble wrap. Everyone knows hardisk is fragile. Late deliver is fine but when I plug the hardisk to desktop and format it. Hardisk is faulty with beep beep sound at my motherboard. Try different way even can’t format it. Assume, it’s damage because of delivery.
Never ever buy from asiaclick, worst service ever not responsible on item. Late 1 week delivery already bad service + but hardisk cannot be use. I gotta go back pos laju to return it. Waste my time at all. I only want the refund money. That’s it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even 1 star is more then what they desire. My speaker does not work properly. The process of using a warranty is too complicated, If any of you got a problem with products please DIRECTLY RETURN it via the online platform ( Lazada, or shopee) . Please do not trust this seller as they will keeping you in meaningless email with a different department. It was not worth to buy anything form them. I Will not recommend them at all. A group of unresponsive gather here and then called it ClickAsia Sdn Bh. I am really sorry for Logitech to have such service in Malaysia.
