โ โ โ โ โ Bad. Bad doctor. Tak tahu nama siapa, gelap2 lelaki naik Alza merah. I tahu dia naik alza merah, masa keluar dari klinik, dia keluar juga ke kereta.
Masa check, dia kata, "pakai mask lagi penting, pakai tudung tak penting. Tak pakai pun tak apa. Mask tu lagi baik."
Apa masalah doktor tu? Cakap sahaja la pakai mask. Perlu sentuh pasal tudung ke?
Kemudian di kaunter, seorang kakak, i am not sure warganegara atau tak, slang cakap bahasa Indonesia. Tapi tak kisah lah dari mana pun, saya tanya total ubat semua. Saya kurang cash RM5. Bila saya tanya, boleh bayar guna paywave ke? Dia kata tak ada. Lepas tu terus rentap RM40 dari tangan saya, ubat sekali. Saya dah bengang.
Saya pergi 7e di hujung blok blok belakang, withraw duit. Sampai di kaunter, saya kata "bagi balik duit tu. Ambil duit ni."
Kurang ajar betul. Memang tak mahu pergi klinik ni, biasa pergi klinik Keluarga Tamab Equine. Kat situ sangat bagus. Tapi klinik tutup mungkin sebab CNY.
Bad. Bad doctor. Don't know whose name, the dark men ride the red Alza. I knew he was on a red alert, when he got out of the clinic, he got out of the car.
At check-in, he said, "Wear a mask is important, wear a scarf. It's okay to wear it.
What's the problem with that doctor? Just talk about wearing a mask. Need to touch the lid on?
Then at the counter, an older sister, i am not sure a citizen or not, speak Indonesian. But no matter where I came from, I asked for a complete cure. I have less than RM5 in cash. When I ask, can I pay to paywave to? She said no. Then keep RM40 in my hand, medicine. I was dumbfounded.
I went 7e at the end of the back block, withraw the money. Up at the counter, I said "get the money back. Take this money."
Damn right. I don't want to go to this clinic, I usually go to Tamab Equine Family Clinic. That's great. But the clinic is closed because of CNY.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor is nice and friendly but the nurse is freaking rude.
Called to make an appointment and asked for the average price range of the surgery. She asked me to come today to see the condition and I have tried to explain to her that I have come previously. I have repeated my questions that I just want to know whether the surgery needs an appointment or walk in and price range.
she laughed at me and ask me whether or not I understand her explanation.
then she proceed to say "i am busy, i have other patients to attend to. please call back around noon"
