CoBnB promised a reasonable good returns but now I’m only getting around rm2000 to rm2600 .... I used to rent out my unit to other Airbnb operaters for years at rm2800 without spending any money on Id...now after spending ard rm6k+ with CoBnB (id and other) and another rm2k on Id, the returns too low..

Property name : Red house bukit ringgit By COBNB * Cobnb is actually a operator that Didn’t really own this property they are just the middle man. I had booked and paid a booking from Booking.com today and after all confirmation done , this group (Cobnb) had add me into a what’s app group which got 5 person inside. After that they had sent a greeting and text to me about security deposit have to bank in to them ,amount is Rm500. After 10 minute , they suddenly told me my booking date is actually fully booked. I ask them to double check because my booking is confirmed and my card has been charged just now. I have forward them the booking detail and I request them to reserve for me as my family had booked the air ticket for this vacation from Singapore. After 10-15 minute time. They reply me this : I am truly apologize for my colleague mistake. 20/3 our Villa is fully booked due to calender issue it caused overbooked. Really sorry for the inconvenience that bring to you. We are agree to give full refund. However, you have to contact booking.com that we are agree to give free cancellation as you had made payment to booking.com we cannot reverse from our side .We did not charge from your credit card so that you can call booking.com and booking.com will reverse the money to you. Customer Service Team (For reservation related issue) +603 7724 4265 (English), +603 7724 4262 (Malay) or +603 7724 4264 (Chinese) However, 21st March our Villa still available. If you don't mind can direct book with us. As our villa located at bukit tinggi. Night time weather is quite cold so we do not provide air conditioning. Why I am the one had been instructed to do this thing ? Why I am the option for them to cancel my booking but not the other side ? Is it an easy talking when reply you guys ? why I have to make those trouble for my self to call here and there on their fault ? Why they didn’t even come to discuss to me to have a mutual consensus? Cobnb is simple as just ask us to call for refund. What about consumer? How’s the flight that we booked ? Time ? Planing ? All gone with their single word β€œsorry”. As they already admitted they have doing wrong. I will go for NCCC for advice on next action since it can’t be so no responsibility with just refund the money and( Example provide us mode option of property or reimbursement on my next booking. Agoda did this to me without any request or complaint !).

Im here because of my booking suddently cancel from cobnb .. Property BY COBNB the most irresponsible I have ever met .. I booked through agoda apps since the beginning of June 2020 for the date 10/7 / 2020-12 / 7/2020. night on 9/7/2020 around 9pm to 11pm property send an email telling me to cancel the booking. Last minute cancel. I booked earlier in the month, 3 4 times call confirm right with agoda about booking status .. wandering wassap I remind to the property .. many times I asked about payment coz want to transfer, property always said "later someone will call me, later just make payment, coz they change management .. I check with my own agoda, agoda said do not worry, my booking has been confirmed .. all my holiday plans are beautiful, suddenly the property tell me to cancel ??? Unreasonable reason for electrical problem. In agoda conversation, they said reasons of renovation. They knows the date I booked, they can mark up the price of kaw2 from the price I got at agoda, as the government has allowed it to cross the country and travel .. this is what i guess.. then at will for no reason at all .. so for those who want to deal with play residence quintet cameron, please make sure the property is not BY COBNB .. property that is only come for profit but do not want to take care of guests. Anyway the quintet's play residence is beautiful place, im only not satisfied with this middleman by cobnb. what makes me write reviews is, do not deal with this COBNB. Find another more responsible property.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I stayed at the wave melaka. They didn't even return the deposit RM100 because of a small chocolate stain on the bedsheet and pillow case. Its not even excessive and completely washable. I dont understand why they didnt bother to retutn the deposit. The term and condition only said EXCESSIVE stain! Be careful everybody. Do not stay here!!

Would have rated this higher, but due to the unprofessional behavior of the Host, we have had no choice but to give this place a bad rating. We stayed at the Zoo Villa: 97, Jalan Lee Woon, Taman Zooview, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. After we checked out, the Host messages us with pictures accusing us that we left the "basement" bathroom in an untidy manner - First of all we never used the "basement" bathroom, in fact that entire bedroom and bathroom (which is at the ground floor, not the "basement") WAS NOT EVEN USED by any of us; To speak plainly, we did not feel safe in that particular room and closed it as soon as we arrived and no one went into that room or even used it in any sort of manner for the duration of our stay. All of us instead opted to stay at the top floor and use the bathrooms at that level. Also one of the pictures sent to us by the Host also appears to be a crop job, as on the bottom right there seems to be have been some wordings cropped out, which is attached at this post. To add to that, before leaving we of course cleaned up after ourselves. We washed their utensils which we used, cleared up the trash accumulated by us, and turned off all our lights, fans and Airconditioners (EXCEPT for the room we did not feel safe walking into). We abided by all the rules they laid out for us, arrived on time, checked out out on time. We even reported to the host and PAID for a glass that we accidentally broke. Despite all this, the host kept accusing us of dirtying a bathroom that we did not even use and then kept pushing us to pay for extra cleaning. Me and my friends were appalled by the behavior and the accusatory/hostile tone from the Host. This is my first time using Airbnb and my friends who use it regularly stated this is the time that they've been in a situation like this from the Host. Despite that, the place is decent, the good things being the spacious size, the interesting design with an in-door pool (which I personally didnt want to get into even though others in our group did) and on the surface level, it appears to have been cleaned, except for the fans, as turning them on flared up dust allergies from a few of us as the fans weren't cleaned and dusty. The Monkey family that hangs out on the tree's and the neighborhood provided us with an outdoorsy jungle feel even though this is based in the city, so from that aspect it was an interesting experience. However the confrontational and unprofessional behaviour of the host accusing us of things we didn't do turned the entire experience sour for all of us. In good faith we cannot give this place a recommendation or a good review after our experience. The conversations between the host and us have been sent to Airbnb who are looking into the matter for us. As a first time Airbnb user this has taught me a valuable lesson, to next time take photo's before check in and after we check out as as proof as right now I feel like i'm being deceived and in what might appear to be some kind of scam or that the host is having some kind of miscommunication between their hired cleaners because they're accusing us of something that we did not do.

No response from customer service. Aggressively promote their reno package the n there you go, you are on your own. Rushed you to do the reno before Xmas/New Year then upon dealing with airbnb contract, they are far from reach.
