Environment: pretty nice to sit in, but lack of social distancing during pendamic period.
Food: this place been proposed by Japanese, so it must have some good. However, the meal that I ordered taste bad.
Service: Very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited very long for our order..they for got it. The sashimi was fresh.. The oyster cheese was very milky and no grilled cheese taste. Tempura was ok. Not very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rakuzen food is the same everywhere, but the rakuzen manager here (27/4/2022) is amazing. Even during the iftar rushed was well managed, calm and collected and definitely delivered the best customer experience. He should be promoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality and one of the few more authentic Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price. This place is always crowded. If you don’t have a reservation, be prepared to wait for at least 30-40mins during peak times. This place serves really good negitoro temaki. Minced upon order and super flavourful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but it took forever to get them. I even had to order 3 times. Also one of the waitress was not very friendly, she had a sour face on and always looked annoyed when we called to order. Btw another thing was when I called to reserve they told me no children under 13 are allowed but when I went there I saw a baby?? So yeah I don't know what's up with that . Anyway I had to drive 40 minutes to get to this branch to see some family, if service doesn't improve I doubt I'd come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ looks expensive and it is expensive depending on what you order. the curry udon was not that good, the chicken inside smelled a little different. the squid and sushi was good. the shishamo and saba was just normal.
