β β β β β I went to columbia hospital 1 week ago because of my ear have infection and almost unable to hear things. The Front Office guy is very informative during my call to the hospital and he schedule my appointment with Dr Gan on the same day. I would like to give recognition to May, Dr Gan and entire nurse at the ward who took good care of me and provide the best customer service ever. Highly recommended! They are informative, helpful and friendly doctor and nurses. Not only that, the ward hospital and amenities is very good. ??

β β β β β My niece admitted to the hospital for 3D2N and overall its a really good experience. The parking were RM 5 per entry for patient. The staff were really friendly too. They come to check on her from time to time. They came to check on her blood pressure pretty often at time and the nurses are so good handling kids since sheβs quite scared of doctors.
The bill is quite detailed with full breakdown up to the quantity of cotton used were calculated too. Not to mention, their food taste good too especially my niece is quite choosy when it comes to food. Thank you for the wonderful services frontliners of Columbia Asia Hospital <3

β β β β β The staff here are caring and polite. I was here to accompany my wife to see a Ob-Gyn. Can see that there are some reputable doctors here as well. The hospital isn't that big but that is OK for a neighbourhood kind of hospital. If you're looking for a less crowded hospital, you can consider here.

β β β β β Really good customer service here in Columbia. Very organized and systematic even during peak time. The physio folks are attentive and caring. I even brought my mom here for her back treatment and physio. She was admitted for more than a week. She was under the care of Dr. Paul and all the nurses were very caring towards her. Old people hated hospital but for my mom, she felt so much at ease here ??

β β β β β Had an annual health screening in this hospital and everything went on smoothly from booking an appointment and on the actual day. They even have a complimentary snacks after spending half day for all the tests and procedures. They are following strict sops and I feel comfortable and safe. Everyone is helpful and polite. Kudos to the team!

β β β β β Very poor. Service is slow as it seems like lack of crews. My wife stayed 2 nites, not many nurses and never really do rounding/check on patient. Need to wait so long to discharge (half day), not informative (didnt update d procedures of refund deposit, mc, etc) needed to wait so long to admit when my wife was in pain, and when i asked for water, they didnt have water n ask me to look for a water dispenser far away. Overall poor service!

β β β β β Had an excellent experience doing health screening here.Parking is amazing,i was able to park near the front entrance.
Staffs are all smiles,very friendly and helpful.
Whole process from registration,
bloodtaking,radiological examination and consultation with the doctors took about 2 hours from start to finish.Got a free snack voucher after the examination.
Facilities are clean,not very crowded,compliant to SOPs.
Will definitely choose this hospital for my next annual check up

β β β β β The service in the hospital is very good and professional. since the registration, during the examination and until i met the doctor everyone was friendly and professional. The availability of all the services is also something that i looked for as one stop place while everyone is taking care of sop and high level of hygiene.
