★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first ever health screening. The overall process went smoothly without too much time gap in between the necessary test. Haven't been to the new Colombia building before but all nurses kindly guided me where to headed next. The abdomen ultrasound test doctor (Dr Jaspreet) explain my kidney discrepancy in detailed and what may have causes it . She also speak friendly and make me less nervous in doing the ultrasound test . Shout out to her ? ??.
Went there on Friday to do the health screening test and get the report on Monday . Which is not what I expected since my other family member get it on the same day in other private hospital.
The thing that I felt disappointed is when meeting with the doctor. Dr William Chan to be exact. On Friday when I met the Dr, the first thing he ask why did I do the health screening test. Well this is my FIRST ever health screening , when to perform it if not now? I also share that I've shoulder pain and ask him to just simply check on it and suggest whether to see a specialist doctor or not. He said that this is not the place and just call me to take my report on Monday. Meeting time approximately 5 minutes.
On Monday , I've come to collect my report and thought that this will took a long time but Nope. He shows the report and say .....normal .....normal ......normal ......this a little bit high .....normal ....normal . That's all and Bye .
Meeting time approximately 3 minutes.
WOW . Paid RM500+ for the report and 8 minutes of consultation time. Even Dr Jaspreet (ultrasound) talked longer .Everytime I'm in the room I felt being rushed and chased out . Not even answering my concern . For the price , the least u could do is take time to give some Suggestions and Thoughts on the matters !!!
That's all Ive got to share . I've a pleasant experience apart from meeting with the Dr .
This may be the last time I ever visit for a health screening test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude towards visitors, the visiting hours has changed to 12~2pm, and 6~8pm insteaf of normal 9~9 due to covid without notifying the family's member previously. Not only that, the visitors have to do self covid tested before enter the ward. After fufil all the requirements, the guard still prohibited us to visit together, they said visitors have to take turn for visiting even though we had tested negative! How possible for the siblings to take turn for visiting their parents? Over reaction Silly stupid and unhuminated rules at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/2/2022. My sister scheduled to have operation on that day. Arrived at Columbia 8.00am sharp and only managed to secure a bed at 1.15pm because there is no available bed at that time. So 5 hour and 15 minutes of waiting for a private hospital? Luckily my sister was able to have her operation done despite her BP is at first a bit high because of tired of waiting. The staffs - nurses, doctors, admission staffs all are very kind and friendly ?. But the waiting for available bed is like waiting at a government hospital???
