โ โ โ โ โ Poor time management by drs and nurses. Parents waited for few hours with appointment to do surgery and also post surgery check ups. Hours wasted for waiting to see dr for a less than 10mins check. Disappointed on service provided

โ โ โ โ โ Optometrist is ok. But STRONGLY not recommended to come during weekend even u hv an appointment. We r not a walk in BUT still need to wait more than 2 hours for just an eye check up. Patient's time is precious too, not just the doctors. It could be arranged and organised in a better and more efficient way. Totally will not recommend this place unless u r willing to wait for more than 2 hours for a check up

The dedication shown throughout, really melts my heart.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor time management, please expect 3-4 hours waiting time. At the covid 19 peak phrase, the eye clinic chose not to implement appointment but all require to walk in. So many patients here and risk for covid to spread.
Please note that also even after 1 year, the time management at eye clinic still not improving although they commented setup new team for that.
Worst time management than the government hospital
