Im a medical staff, Went to your medical centre around 2140pm 10/4/22 to buy antibiotics prescribed by DR (other private Hosp) Usually I buy this medicine from pharmacy bcz the price is cheaper. Happened today I was late and the pharmacy was closed. So I decided go back home. On the way back home, I stopped at NSCMH which is nearby my house. Went to pharmacy and the staff asked me to register and verify the prescription from MO on duty.
MO Nandini was on duty, who is not really helping sick people! said she can’t verify the medication and asking so many questions! Even I told her im a medical staff. She so queries on me! The way she treated me is So unprofessional!
My questions, why this MO couldn’t verify or proscribe the antibiotics for me?
Even a small pharmacy can supply this antibiotics why such a big hospital couldn’t do it!
This is the way how NSCMH treat other medical professionals?
Im totally disappointed with this kind of unprofessional service!
I wouldn’t recommend ur Medical centre to my family ,friends and even my patients!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the CMH, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Eswaran has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority and one of staff by name Sargunan,he is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries.His beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy and satisfied by getting health care provided by this hospital. I appreciate the effort made by all the staff and departments. The staff are cooperative, kind and helpful. I would like also to specifically thank Nurse Punita, Nurse Anne, Nurse Malniza, Nurse Muslim, Dr Khalil, and Mr Rizal for their close monitoring and care.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk that in charge at the registration counter is rude and not friendly. When, I ask her how many patients are waiting for the respected doctor. She call the nurse and answer me in a rude manner. Another one, at the other private hospitals they will refer to the GL sent in the portal. But she is asking me for the hard copy and she is showing her face. I suggest CMH to send their staff to attend the training on how to handle the patient in a polite manner. Better improve the service.

I have been admitted here for my haglund surgery...ER,admision,jasmine ward and operation theatre staff was very good,polite,kind and skillfull in handling patients needful...Dr Maidin an orthopaedic surgeon explain very clearly about my condition and give me a good service...Dr Azib an anaesthetic was very polite and taking a good care of me during the surgery procedures...Bed manager,Mr Sarkunan did a good job and make my admission process went smoothly...Overall,im giving 5 stars to CMH hospital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admitted under Dr Eswaran for a minor surgery. Truly a humble and an excellent doctor he is. Explained on procedure very well, the best surgeon in town. Good and helpful nurses. Need some changes in environment and food. Otherwise everything is okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to the emergency at midnight. It was the second time I've came to the hospital at midnight. Service was not bad. Waiting time is fast. Very nice nurses at the ER, the nurse Punitha is very nice to us. Caring lady. Thank you.
