Raymond seemed arrogant even though I asked politely. Always claimed to be busy whenever I called/texted for clarity before making appointment. He gives the impression that if you ask too much, please go else where. Terrible experience.

The commissioner for oaths, Mr Raymond, is very friendly, helpful and professional. Due to the pandemic, you can't just walk in but he's open from 10am to 6pm so getting an appointment is easy. Just Whatsapp him. Parking in Section 14 is ridiculous so either you get someone to drive you there or you can park at Jaya Shopping Mall's basement parking (just across the road). There are parking wardens in this area making random checks so park illegally at your own risk.

This person allow multi booking appointments for the same time slot, resulting in client’s time wasted and delay in appointment. Frustrating because he used to be good and on-time. Guess it’s time to look for others. Update: so the reply given was that it’s my fault for changing the appointment time to earlier. Well, you could’ve let me know the time slot is full for my time and i’ll find another time and i’ve given head-ups close to 2 hours earlier about the changes. Still, this doesn’t solve the issue of multi-booking that results in appointment delay. There’s like 4 people in front and a lady mentioned that she booked a 11am slot, but still seating outside no3 at 11.30am. Moreover, Raymond mentioned that some clients ask a lot of question. It’s your job to manage the timing and slot appointment thou. But the happy ending is, i went to another comm oath 6 mins away, got it done and chop in 3 minutes while probably the poor lady still waiting for her turn. In all honesty to Raymond, as your former client, best for you to plan your appointments time slots properly so that people won’t waste their time.

Along with the development of Section 14 town, there are still buildings that evoke the nostalgia of the first opening of the town along with Petaling Jaya town. Mc D building, Jaya building, post office building in the 80's era. Always busy with economic activities from banking, small and large businesses and also services.Peans that never sleep in the PJ area.

I am not sure why there are so many positive reviews, sadly my experience was quite the opposite. I wasn't going to write a review but even after 1 week I still feel irritated by this experience. I arrived to find he had made multiple bookings, I was made to wait for 20 mins, despite being sent a lengthy message about being punctual at the point of booking the appointment. When I eventually went in - I felt like the conversation could have been heard by the person waiting outside as the door is made of metal bars and open, so you have no confidentiality or discretion if you want to be private about your reason for visiting. Being totally new to using this type of service, every time I asked a question, I felt like I was being rushed and that my question was stupid to him. I even said to him at one point, I get the feeling you are getting frustrated with my questions. During my conversation with him, I wasn't sure how many documents I was going to get stamped, when I counted them (because he had asked me how many I needed doing), he rather abruptly said to me, "in future count your papers at home". I find this kind of language unhelpful. Being respectful and polite does not cost anything.
