It can get crazy packed at most times, and parking is hard to come by by people who are trying to make a quick transaction and not being bothered to walk a little. It's made worse by the many WWF / internet provider / insurance / unit trust / whatever else booths and attendants harassing patrons entering and exiting the bank.

Bad services,already 3times I apply for cheque book..they ask me to apply online .I do it..but until now they said not prepared ..A year already ..they don't want to give cheque book..so bad they services.

Bad service. I have appoinment to create acc but still need to wait a week for create the acc and come again. Waiting almost 1 month for the appoinment and useless. Bad service from counter floor 1.

Very helpful and friendly staff in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was supposed to queue up and go upstairs to the teller to have my foreign cheque deposited but a kind bank employee gave me the necessary forms to fill out and deposited it on my behalf. Maybank practices very strict Covid-19 SOP and will only allow customers who are fully vaccinated. A staff is always at hand to check your MySejahtera app to ensure that you have your vaccine digital certificate.

Been updating on a regular basis how their operating hours are changing. I waited until 11am almost everyday for 2 weeks and still hasn’t open. Get yourself sorted out Maybank. Such a nuisance for everyone else.

Worst experience ever .almost waited for 30 minutes outside .Queue for going inside to open a saving account .waited to 20 min again inside for my turn ...But when it's comes to my turn they said people from address Kuala Lumpur must open account at Kl branches only ..They won't able to open a personal saving acc if it not pj address..I explain to the staff this is my nearest bank from my house so what is so different still he (Indian guy staff) refuse it and ask me to go kl branch .Then I went to Dataran Maybank bangsar and inquired the staff said no such thing like that?Is this is a way treat a customer?Is there got such terms?Than how about people from outside Selangor / Kl stays here still they need to go hometown to open a saving account is it??

Banking in money took only 3 minutes at the counter. But to take number took forever. The receptionist lingered to serve even only 1 customer. Only 3 person in line but took so long. If he could not solve the 1st customer, mybe can hold for a while and give a way to the rest who were waiting. I felt not welcoming by the staff.

It was a very pleasant experience. Dr Yap gave us a very informative session and she took her time to explain in great detail on all the concerns which we had. The nurse who attended to us, an elderly indian lady was very kind and warm from taking my wife’s vitals right up to when we left the centre. Please don’t be swayed by negative comments given. There’s always two sides to a story!
