Dismayed with the fact was told that it was closing at 5pm on the phone. When arrived at 4.30pm to find out closed at 4pm. Wanted to just collect my documents which was ready and was told to come. Wasted my time and traveled down twice...Now I have to come again .

I went to activate my account on a Thursday morning. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and there were not too many people. All done in about 10 minutes.

Excellent service from Customer Service Team, En Jasri. I am very thankful and grateful to En Jasri for his kind and sincere assistance while I was having some trouble with my banking. He had taken the extra mile to help solve my issues. Thumb up to En Jasri in Public Bank, Section 14. ??

Customer service is worst. I have called few times today to get some very basic information related to my vehicle loan. Most of the times they have disconnected the line without providing information. Really disapointted

Worst and very slow service, all like tidak apa attitude, very very bad service wasting ppl time and no parking. If not enough manpower please hire more customer service

I wanted to renew debit card. Every other public bank i drove by have long queues outside. So i came here. No queues outside. Came on a Weds. Parked at Jaya, went in bank at 1pm. Done renewing in 10 mins. ?? Quick service.

The worst service I’ve for public bank in this branch. I came for hire purchase floor to sign agreement. The ticket number was xxx9 and current serving number is xxx5. Waited for 45mins i dont see counter 2 any people serving. I asked a malay lady OL beside she just said only 1 person handling and thats all. Not even a proper apologies. She doesnt know basic CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pls this is how PB train ppl???

I came here to sign my loan agreement. When I know my loan request is approved, I had texted their staff to asking the details (conformation, address tbc...). He just reply me in few minutes (I texted him 2 time in different date, he always very fast response) Very surprised for their fast response. When I reached bank (loan department). Yes, they just have 2 staff serve customer. But they have very strong working ability, you will feel so crazy if you see their staff serving 3 customer in 1 shoot. Anyway, I have very good experience with this team.
