★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send in my Epson printer for repair in May 2020 - was told to pay RM50 before any checking - then after payment and checking told me wil cost rm400+ at least to repair the printer and i said No. Then i asked for refund of the RM50, and he said is fees for checking ! So upset !! i have to send in the printer and i didn't get my printer repair and still have to paid RM50 !! what a lousy repair centre !
