β β β β β Along the years of visiting different dental clinics in different cities, SHDC is by far one of the best ones. Staff are courteous, gentle (especially with suction this is important to me), and which I was under the care of Dr Daniel, professional, gentle, knowledgeable and skilful. Caters to your needs and tries his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible for the whole procedure. My warmest thanks to everyone.

β β β β β 1st time patient, went on recommendation by my relative. The consultation, service and procedures were extremely professional and detailed with a very charming Dr Tim, whom is excellent and ensures that all the options that are available for a procedure are explained and assessed together with the patient. Thank you for the 5 hours no-breaks-included operation to ensure my root canal procedure is a success! Will be back for the follow up session! Thank you again!

β β β β β All three of my appointments were with Dr Xhion and I wouldn't want to have anybody else doing my teeth but him!
He's been so nice + warm throughout my visits and he explains everything so well where it's easy for anyone to understand. From dental cleaning to getting fissure sealers, I can definitely see myself returning again and again for his services :)

β β β β β I was taking my daughter to another dentist previously. Appointments were hard to secure so, I looked for a dentist with high reviews.
Sim & Hooi already had good feedback, so I booked for my daughter.
Our first appointment was with Dr Kong, and he explained the plan for my daughter's teeth alignment correction with a simple step by step method. He was also very thorough in his checking and his advise.
2nd appointment was the first planned tooth extraction within 3 days. I was so impressed by Dr Felicia's kindness and professionalism during our first meet. My daughter also loved her experience even though it involved a tooth extraction.
I immediately booked their new patient package the same evening for myself, with Dr Felicia as well.
So, scheduled 3 appointments within 3 days! I'm surprised with myself. But that's how interested Sim & Hooi doctors made us feel in following up and in ensuring we had a great experience.

β β β β β Dr Xhion is enjoyable to work with. He was remarkably thorough and patient in discussing the health of my teeth, and the images he took were super helpful in visualising and understanding my dental issues. The extractions of my wisdom teeth and cavity fillings that I did, were skillfully done. The scaling was immensely comfortable. This clinic comes highly recommended because of its exceptional service.

He was very detailed and patient when explaining about the condition of my teeth and the photographs he took really helped me visualize and understand my dental problems. The scaling was very comfortable and the few fillings that I did were very nicely done as well. The staff are also very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service ??

β β β β β Had an amazing experience with Dr Felicia How who treated my badly done tooth filling from another upscale clinic. She was patient to show the images of my tooth that were sensitive and had problem and treatment options for it. She was very meticulous and gentle with the treatment so I felt no pain at all. Would definitely recommend her for anyone who is looking for high quality and 5βοΈ dental service
