But please, maintain the roads well. Maintain the facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, toilets and deck chairs.
Houses are spacious for the price, value for money. Guards are generally friendly and conduct frequent security rounds. Overall good place to stay despite its flaws (which can be improved with the service charge and sinking fund)

Very very BAD management especially security guard. No manners at all towards visitors or even residents. Shows that they are not properly trained of how to talk NICELY to people. RUDE attitude and language. Don't deserve to be in the service line. Worst condo ever I've seen.
