โ โ โ โ โ One of the oldest bakeries in Penang. A go to for soft fluffy buttery breads and pastries. Freshly baked and usually can keep for 3 days before expiry date. Turnover is high as most patrons do take away. Quality of bread has been consistently good through the years. Look out for the creamy cheesy varieties. And the multigrain breads and buns. Personally I do like their (curry) puffs thatโs flaky and an absolute indulgence lol. Price here is expectedly higher.

โ โ โ โ โ The golden apricot bread is good, same goes for the normal milk loaf. I like the cheesecake best, and it is fast selling. I was disappointed a few times when it was all sold. The cheesecake is a normal, no frills, no pretty decorations, but the taste is authentic.

โ โ โ โ โ One of our favourite bakeries. The selection of bread is plentiful and there is likely something for everyone.
We love the cinnamon rolls, apricot bread, sunflower poppy seed loaf, cheese bread,, banana bread, oh my the list goes on!
Hereโs hoping they will always remain their standards.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointing. Price increase with very bad quality pastries. Apple pie isn't apple pie at all. Empty inside with a thin layer of apple jam. Banana pie isn't banana pie. No effort given to bake the pie. Just put in a small ting piece of banana and few raisins. Banana not even cooked into jam. Dry and pastry too hard. Cinnamon buns a let down too.. very little taste of cinnamon.. only raisins. Everything just throw in some raisins. Quality so far from their original standard. Used to love their pastries for years. Won't be back anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Ahhhhh.. how nostalgic.. back here after 5 years.. and we've known this shop for 15 years or maybe more.... we come here only for the Custard Puffs... but can be best assured the rest pastries, bread, cookies are as good or even better... ???
