Veryyyyy expensive now. Scammmmm. And the tactic is always the same. Large box out of stock, only left small box. And buying two small boxes is so much more expensive than one large box but same number of pcs. Used to be like 32/16 for big/small and 32pcs like rm15? Seriously the price hike is so huge

Bought some biscuits recently for some friends in Melbourne when I was back after borders reopened. I really liked the new packaging with less biscuits, because it's easier to consume and you don't have to worry bout them expiring or not being fresh anymore. My Australian friends were really impressed by the packaging and liked it as a gift! I highly recommend this if you are looking to gift biscuits to another! If you want more biscuits, then go for the bigger boxes! Love the packaging! A lot of attention to detail and just a great gift in general! Always a pleasure shopping at Ghee Hiang when I am back home! Cheers from Australia!

I heard this brand is a famous, traditional Penang taste and good for souvenir. I got some and tried it but the pie is too dry and taste is not preferable. I feel I can't give it to friends as souvenir...

Again short of stock on the fast moving Tau Sar Pneah and Beh Teh Saw on a Saturday afternoon despite stacks of plastic crates. Shockingly the traditional baking recipe with lard has been substituted with palm oil transfats, just to obtain the Halal logo, coveted for the wrong reasons and non existent customer base. The pastry now is not just a heart hazard but delivers a dry product losing its culinary taste.

Ghee Hiang - One of the famous Sesame Oil (Baby Brand) since 1865 .(165 years) Due to their continuous of refinement and quality control of sesame seeds has today become a trusted brand not only for households cooking but also for commercial uses from food industries, restaurants to hotels. Besides, they also sell moon cake, coffee and tambun biscuits. However, they don't have sample for tasting.

Used to buy this as gifts for friends in Singapore. What happened to the big box of 32 pieces? Now the packaging is more than the box. My friend sent me a disappointing photo of a half filled box, the rest being packaging. I lugged the box thinking it is a big box of 32 pcs(it's just 16pcs) here. Tho they did put the number of pieces, the box is deceivingly big...went though the customs and all and flew them overseas while hand carrying air, and it took up the space in the overhead compartment in the plane... All for disappointment. It wasn't like this before. What happened?

Came here to buy a bunch of tau sar Peng back home for gifts. This shop is pretty big but not very well stocked, quite a few of the items on menu were not available We managed to buy the 16 pieces tau sar Peng but the box is quite big and can easily fit another 10 pieces inside So it is a waste of space inside, which is precious space when we have to bring home to family and friends
