★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This by far the worst courier company. Absolutely no responsibility. My courier send on Friday from Ipoh to Sunway KL. Receiver not received even the next Thursday (7th day) . Don't even bother to call. Called them to enquire a couple of times and each time they said they will revert but never. Got fed up called Ipoh office one lady uncharged says the item has arrived Sunway office but they didn't send and she can't do anything and just gave me one Bernard's contact to which we just can't reach. End up we paid someone to go to the Sunway BBC (previously Continental) to collect and delivered at our own cost. I must add i do not experience problem with the same company. But that does not mean they can ignore the service. This people or company should be banned. My advise to all, you will be better off using any other courier company EXCEPT this one.
