★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for the weekend, 1BR type. Great unit. Neat and clean. King size bed. The television offer dedicated netflix channel. Swimming pool is also great!
Various choices of restaurant from Thai, Japanese, and Tapas.

The environment is good, room is clean, great location with few nice restaurants in the building.
Unfortunately
Checking in took us 45mins. Instructions given by receptionist wasnt clear enough. Receptionist told us floor 13, but its actually 13A, then we were given a card that couldnt open our room. Been up down the lift with my toodler for so many times and got sweating. Then we were asked to shift our cark to Valet parking within 30mins.
The last lift you need to use ur FACE scan in order to press the floor. Room card jz cannot i dunno why. We have been stuck in that lift few times until oth guests told us.
There is no pan in our room for cooking. Told the counter and they react quickly. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly but maybe training is needed esp for new staffs. Well afterall we are fine. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment (booked a two room apartment), with good facilities (particularly the pool is nice) and great location. Staffs were courteous as well. Just one issue, the lift button was not working for our floor so we needed to go to a higher level and walked to our level. Besides that we had a pleasant stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is accessible and convenient. Near by KLCC, PAVILION and many other landmarks. We enjoy the stay at the apartment. The apartment is spacious. Beds are comfy. The bathroom is clean. But of course not to hotel standard. I really don't mind to comeback though.

Room are neat and clean. The TV in the room is equipped with Netflix, the bathtub and the kitchen are fully equipped. A 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall, there is a swimming pool and gym on the top floor. The staff at the counter are very kind and will assist you with any questions.
