★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super poor service from this clinic. Doctor was okay, but the two nurses at the registration/pharmacy counter were really bad. Firstly, if you're operating a business, it's the most basic knowledge to have small change at the counter. The two ladies said they don't have change for RM50 and asked me to get small changes downstairs at other shops. It was 9.30am in the morning and you already don't have change. Ain't you supposed to get this sorted out by yourselves? Thank God I wasn't having any serious illness where I'm still healthy to walk. If the same happened to other patients who's very ill, is this even the right way to treat your patient like this? The indian lady was mumbling when I asked her to check with the doctor first if she has any change. When I returned with cash, she didn't even came to apologize for the inconvenience or at least be nice, instead facing me with her back and didn't looked at me at all. I gave them a feedback and was not acknowledged by anyone too. Too much disappointments! Do not come here if you do not wish to ruin your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the reception is extremely rude and ignorant. Just called to clarify a medical report and was told to read the report in an extremely unpleasant manner. Being there was also very uncomfortable as staff will give you the “you wanna fight?” look (except for the malay lady). Guess they’re just too lazy to do any extra work. If you look closely, most of the good reviews here are not for the clinic.

If you are going to go here, you should go somewhere else.
The doctor is good, but attitude is so bad that you forget it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stomach pain and need seek for dic consultation and medical treatment urgently. But that clinic accept over 30 medical check up and booster appointments when I visited. Nurse said I need to wait all the ppl finished their medical checkup and booster only will treat me, or asked back again after 2 hours. They never consider to give priority treatment to the sick people. GOD BLESS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my booster jab, entire process was very smooth sailing - in & out within 10 mins. The girl at the reception was really seasoned with what she was doing and answered our queries well.
The doctor administered the jab very well. I’m super afraid of needles and it’s one of the most painless injections I’ve ever had in my life!
Very happy with the service here. Thank you ??
