โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service.CORNELL if you not keen to entertain your customers.I suggest you withdraw your product frm market.Customer service is essential as you will knw your product better, understand your customers needs & give you room to improvice.If you cant fulfill the base of this your product is also a FAIL as customers appreciates service after sales which yours is horrible.For those reading this please condsider other product that are available in jjthe market also please read the review before purchasing the goods otherwise you will experience like what happened to me now.tq

โ โ โ โ โ I own few of their appliances. The water heater front printed made in England were lies. All the parts are made in Malaysia since the 90s and in China nowadays. Their products are craps. Water heaters rarely use failed after 2 years, fan 2.5 years, induction cooker 8 months and after repaired, failed in 5 months! hair blower 2 years, water cooker rust in few weeks! rice cooker 2 years, stove gas too small after 2 years and vacuum cleaner in 1.5 years. I will not use this b rand anymore. Email for service to Malaysia is only to KLโs HQ but never reply since many years ago until today 2019. They are not interested to repair, only want to sell.
Pensonic was a company that copied Panasonic walkman in the 90s. Slightly cheaper compared to imitation brands and very cheap to branded Panasonic or Sony. 90s have lots of imitations flooding in whole Malaysia market with its mass bribery until today from top to bottom. Quality was very bad and spoil very fast but many poor people likes to buy them at that time.

โ โ โ โ โ They take my oven fast but be careful becouse they will take more than 40 days to return it, also you need 2 hours if you want to call them and ask about your device, just today I called them 30 times and no response.

I need to buy spare parts and I need to know if they have or not but no response.
I do not recommend any one to buy this beand as you need to change the burners many times.

โ โ โ โ โ Same like others users complain here... Everything slow and no response. I call the centre 1st time got pick up.. But they gave me the reason is the technician waiting for the spare part. They said will call me back within 2 weeks to update the status. But, I have waiting for more than 2 weeks still didn't receive any call. Please don't simply give your promise to customer like this.
Then, I did call the centre few times on weekday, but they didn't pick up my phone, the line keep busy?
They took my vacuum cleaner for almost 2 months from November'20 until now didn't have any feedback. I bought the Cornell vacuum on November'20, then the vacuum malfunction after 4 times using. Really disappointed with the purchase experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. "Customers service center" but no technician present. Would take 14 days to fix a machine because they'll have to bring to a different "center". Definitely not "customer service". ?
