β β β β β What a let-down! After waiting for our 'host' in the foyer - 16 adults with 16 travelling bags - for about 40min, the grime of the apartments was just too much. Blood spots on bed sheets, used earbuds and discarded food on the floor, dirty floors, beds with linen seemingly just used by the previous occupants, crayon marks on the walls, fridge with previous occupants' leftovers, grimy cutlery and utensils in drawers and cupboards. The 'host' asked if we could pay cash instead of the agreed card payment on arrival. This man was clearly all shades of shady. When we called his 'bosses', there were several apologies and empty promises. When we asked for clean sheets for the bedrooms, the 'manager' simply said he doesn't have any.
