β β β β β Cozy, chilled cafe. Minimalism interior design, incorporated with plants. Definitely a go to cafe if you want to enjoy good filtered coffee. Expect premium price due to the selection of coffee beans. Simple meals eg bagel, cakes are available. Good place to chill or chit chat

β β β β β Cosy place! The bagels were a bit hard and dry, and, they do not offer sugar for the coffee which was a bit too bitter for me. I can accept that they charge RM1 for a bit of milk on the side, but just cannot understand... why no sugar in the shop?!

Truth be told - I had actually come to this quaint cafe many years ago and then conveniently forget about it because 1) there were so many cafes (new + old) to try, and the fact that I seldom come to this area. Not only a conversation with my friend-cum-coffee lover friend that reminded me on this place. He lives nearby and during our small talk on coffee, he told me that Cream is his usual place to grab a cuppa.. and not many cafes have many good quality beans. Coming from someone who drinks at least 2-3 cups of coffee a day, I quickly made plans to come here again.
After sending the young ones to their tuition classes, both of us quickly drove here to enjoy our breakfast + coffee - this area is a heaven on weekends with parking easily available. I like how calm and serene the whole place was as I walked in. Many bags of different coffee beans are displayed at the counter with coffee accessories at another corner show that they mean serious business.
βΎSingle origin coffee - I tried their Kenya Ruarai that gave me the tasting note of raw puer tea and floral on the palate. What I appreciate is the fact that they serve both cold and hot so that I can taste the difference.
βΎthe usual milk-based espresso is undoubtedly good.. she took a sip and went hmmm.
βΎCold brew white and black - I chose white this time!
βΎHere they focus on bagel as bread of choice for breakfast - I'd tried their grilled cheese bagel as well as mackarel pate bagel and both were tummy-filling and satisfying for me.
βΎRegular Kaya butter toast and half boiled eggs are available too but be prepared to pay cafe price (don't expect kopitiam price).
Now that our memory has been re-jogged, we would come here everytime opportunity arises.

β β β β β In general, the coffee is way way better when they roast it under the same roof. Yeah this is probably one of the best coffees in KL. The coffee is fruity, chocolatey topped with a killer crema, none of that milky trash that you get in a lot of other places.
I had the sea salt brownie here too, and it was a great one two combo with the coffee. Expect the place to be busy in the weekend, but even with the steady stream of people, you probably won't have to wait too long.

β β β β β Cosy and comfy environment. Great place to hang out and relax as they play some soft music. Choices of food are limited but they serve good bagels. They have choices of savory or sweet filling for bagels. There are cakes too. Coffee are great and lots of choices. There are tea and other drinks without caffeine. Filtered coffee are recommended as they provided both hot and ice for you to taste the difference. Superb service.
