One guy at the counter (Chinese with spec) treat me and my family elders rudely, without giving any concern to our needs, showing bad attitude on simple request like asking direction to restroom, and serve badly while we ask nicely. Won't spend a single cent on any cu outlet anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fat chubby malay girl at counter seems very rude???. She talk like people own her Money ? and ask me to Queue while there is NO ONE queuing perhaps she saw ghost.?? After I realise a Chinese couple stand at side counter actually is waiting before me n same fat malay girl want them queue and wait for nothing. They told me. Then we 3 stand n wait for no reason and d fat malay girl walk out from the shop left and right left and right ???♀️
Lastly another more proper slim girl came and attend to us.
Top management please do something to upgrade their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does have variety of Korean and Japanese food. But the service is horrible. The Chinese man cashier gave bad service and did not respect elderly. I understand the service hour is long but I don't think that is the reason to disrespect others. Bad experience and sorry, I won't go in anymore

There are hot food as well like Toppoki (rice cake), Odeng and seberal fried snacks.
Also place for dine in but limited to 4 tables and stool area with microwave and hot water for ramen. Clean environment
All items are fairly priced and open quite early.
