★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit dispointed about glue quality , i do fake extensions nail. I ask the staff to do nail extensions that can stand till one week but when finish i back home after 4 hours one by one unplugged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE experience. One the manicurist over did my nails until it bleed. I always went to the icity branch and everything went well but this is one of the horrible experience ever. It was minor but it can be quite painful especially it was around your nail ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapist is friendly. But service is rushed, paid for one hour and service only for 25 minutes. And after reach home i noticed my calluses still not been cleared properly. For people who want to indulge and have a me time. This is not a place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had s really nice technician, Ai Leng. Unfortunately, the gel mani chipped the very next day. They also charged me 120+35 for the gel mani - I don’t understand why the 120 listed does not include the manicure process. Does gel polish really cost that much? Really not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manicurist is friendly but quality is terrible. During the manicure session everything seems ok. But the gel manicure didnt even last for one week and it started to have 'bubbles' and chipped after a few days. Not worth it for RM120 gel manicure (RM10 for simple nail art) cost me total RM175(with surcharge RM15 during CNY). Would never come back again.
