★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made the appointment but they made me wait forever with arrogant attitude. This store too many customers, their service quite bad & didn't do it well. Just wanna complete it at short time, so they able to accept more customers. The staff acted like CEO, arrogant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs there dont really fluent in english. As i inspected my nails after done colouring, there were sugar scrubs n black stains in few of my nails. I showed it to the staff, she just korek the stains n that sugar scrub. I had to ask her to redo the nails coz it looked kinda ugly after she korek like that. The staff was rude to me and said ‘if redo long time la’. Idc i have to wait long as long as it worth my money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute crooks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Want to you to pay upfront before service, without a price card or service offering. Terrible customer service, entirely rude, don’t even waste your time going past this review. You’d get a better paint job from Mr DIY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here every months since October 21. Day by day, their service is getting worse. Only once I feel that they did it very well (when their boss is around). I make an appointment and they make me wait and they served the walk in customer first. Very terrible. I still hoping that they will do better but this month they prove to me that I no longer need to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place for self pampering. I enjoyed my toe nails and feet being skillfully scrub clean and polished. The service is good and the lady gave good advice on the color choice. Easy to book an appointment using the app in Facebook. Moreover, the products that they use are of good quality as it lasted quite long, and I mean real long, as in almost 9 months long on my toe nails.

Words can’t describe how utterly terrible and poor from the attitude to the service.
From what I see, they preferred quantity over quality.
Being viral and famous doesn’t promise you better service I believe is their taglines nowadays.
Look at my nails, even my sister can done better than your beautician.
Not worth my RM170.00 at all.
Definitely my last time visiting here.
