★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service. I had a gel manicure. They used unbranded nail polish then 2 days later the nail polish peal off in layers. This is not a responsible nail salon based on the quality of product used. Don’t recommend to go there.
I hope the one utama management would review the tenant list for nail salon for their brand image for the total mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL,DR summary: they screwed up my nails and refused to take responsibility, handling it poorly. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Being their first customer of the day, i asked to remove my current gel polish and apply an acrylic overlay on a nail that had a crack on the side. I was assured multiple times by the 3 manicurists working there that they were able to do it, and all 3 saw my nail. Only one seemed to be really in charge and told the lady who was doing my nails what to do and even pointed out what to use on the acrylic trolley. I chose a duo chrome colour and was once again assured that they could do what i requested for. Halfway through painting my nails i asked again the lady who did my nails if there they were going to apply acrylic on my cracked nail and she said yes.
Fast forward to the end, the colour was NOT duo chrome, the polish was see through and there was no acrylic base. I inquired the lady in charge of my nails, who looked very confused and proceeded to ask the first lady who seemed to be in charge. Another lady who i think was the manager was trying to diffuse the situation while the lady who assured me they could do an acrylic base DENIED that i ever asked for one.
Check your CCTV cameras ladies, you will see me pointing out the cracked nail and the lady pointing to the acrylic trolley.
They insisted that they did not know anything about the acrylic base and that THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. In regards to the no duo chrome, at the END they said that if i wanted it they will have to charge me extra. AFTER placing the see through colour on my nails!
After much discussion (and denial) the manager agreed to place an acrylic overlay and apply the duo chrome powder at no cost. The manager and the lady doing my nails were sweet people, however i do NOT recommend this place of you're looking for something out of the basic mani pedi.
The fact that they denied my initial request is enough to convince me that they do not respect or even acknowledge the customer's requests.
What a pity, i met the owner once when i went to inquire a week before, and she seemed very sweet and reliable.
And to the initial 3 ladies who assured me that they could do acrylic, esp the one who seemed in charge and profusely denied knowing anything about this, shame on you.
I DO acknowledge that the manager and the lady who did my nails in the end tried their best to rectify the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the cracked heel treatment.. wasn't that great.. the lady name lulu doing my feet talking in a foreign language with her colleague.. makes me uncomfortable.. they were talking and giggling.. as if they r talking about me..of course maybe they r not.. but its uncomfortable you know.
Don't think they should be doing that because customer could get the wrong impression. ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Random stop because my foot was so dry. Really love it! Would definitely 100% do again but I want the same person to do haha. I forgot to ask her name but she's a nice chinese lady with pink hair who undry my foot. She really made my skin smooth, she double triple check for dry areas and scrub well. Her short massage was also great! Been to other places but this one just wins! I went home with clean and smooth feet and nails! - a very honest review not even paid not even a friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a gel pedicure done and they charged 120 MYR. It is quite basic - the entire process took less than 30 mins. They do a superficial cleaning and that’s it- no massage or anything. 95% time is spent in taking off and applying nail polish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say this is really bad experience doing gel manicures here.
They have no sample or idea to do art on your nail. No Wifi and bad internet connection there(you can't search any design in the shop). So you will have to think the design your ownself. The chinese staff(not sure her name) feel so unpatience and the way she talk was like not in the mood. I will not walk in to this shop anymore. Sorry to say, bad customer service and poor nail art design.

This is my first time and last time to visit.
Really really no next time. The only one make me feel little bit comfort is their attitude, very nice and polite. Hmm... that's all.
