β β β β β Plenty of stationary and sketching stuff.
Price is slightly more expensive than other stores but wider option so if youβre buying some rare brands or items, this place could save you the time searching around.
Wish they could have reserved parking for customer though.
Some of the staff not so friendly, feels like they just stand there and stare at you to prevent shoplifting, not really know the stock if you ask questions.

β β β β β Ive been a to ziplee purchasing all my art stuff since 10 years ago.... this store is always coming up with a new exciting product every now and then.. Price wise a bit expensive but you got what you pay.. and of course with discount! Lots of discount galore at ziplee! I have no issue with the staff there... if u cant find things that ure looking for just ask.. simple.. and ziplee the only store that bring my favourite Raphaels brushes brand with whole range! And Please restock isabey ...?? ??

β β β β β Enjoyed my time here. Lover of all thing stationaries and sets and craft, it'll be your loss for not coming here. You'll have a splendid time just enjoying the atmosphere and the pleasant plethora of colours surrounding you as you dazzle on about the magnificent abundance of pens and pencils. So much so that it might warrant an hour here for you to really explore this place fully. Come prepared and you won't be disappointed.

β β β β β What a store for stationery lovers! All sorts of stationery and art supplies here. They stock Rhodia notebooks too. Plenty of Kokuyo supplies. Thereβs even an ink bar for calligraphy and pen lovers.

β β β β β Great place to get your print outs. I was blown away with their pricing and printing facilities/standards. But unfortunately, I found one particular staff member a little unprofessional, she seemed ever ready to pass comments and appeared unhelpful when seeking advice.
I am still giving them 5 stars anyway because their printing service is great, and the lady who attended to me Ms Koh (I hope I got her name right) was pleasant. Minus the other Chinese lady who are very quick to give her 2 pence worth, even when not required. Oh yes! there is this wonderful Hot chocolate outlet mended by a lovely young lady, who seemed friendly and pleasant. Grab a delicious cuppa of hot chocolate while waiting for your prints....I'd say its well worth it! Great location if you can find parking. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Appalling & Atrocious service at this place. I went to this shop on Friday 24/12/21 at 2.35pm. I had recently sustained an injury on my left leg and was walking with a limp. I went into this store and a staff asked me what am i looking for and I told him I'd like to get some Christmas gift wrappers. He told me that it is located on the first floor. I told him that I am unable to walk up the stairs. He offered no help. I asked if there is a lift and he said no. I asked is there anyone else who can help me and he replied no. Again I reiterated that I am unable to walk up the stairs due to my injury. He said sorry and turned away. Really is this what customer service is? He did not render any kind of simple assistance. Is it so difficult to get a few wrappers down for me to chose and purchase? It is established that this shop only caters for people who have fully functioning limbs. What more for OKU's I wonder? Attached is the photo of the staff that stood there like a log of wood without providing any assistance.

β β β β β Quite possibly the best stationery store in KL. The range and quality of products and services is excellent and price ranges for every budget. I recently discovered the 'Ink Bank', never before fully appreciated the diversity of inks available for fountain pens etc. Covers 3 floors to include office / school materials, arts and crafts, educational books and toys as well as craft classes. Perhaps the only downside being the location in Bangsar where traffic, parking can be frustrating. Pretty sure can be contacted online and mail service if more convenient way to shop.
