★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should report Mah Sing and DBKL to MACC. It goes against township guidelines thats for sure. Super profit to one entity at the expense of thousands of Jalan Cheras motorists who had to sit in jam packed mode. As if life is not stressful enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a unit here. Even it is 5 blocks & 3600 units, i'm still proud of myself as i didn't request a single cent from my parents and i proudly to tell you, Yes! I'm one of the owner of M Vertica!
M Vertica located in strategic location. When my parents come from kampung, 500m walking distance can reach LRT/MRT station! They no need staying at home watching tv and wait me home to bring them makan. They even can go pak tuo, movie, jalan jalan at sunway velocity. So i can focus on my work.
Those keep telling me good luck good luck, yes! I'm lucky! Please mind your own business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I wouldnt stay here cuz jam but I would buy and rent it out. The location is great. Nearby everything. Plus, the land size is 11acre. Imagine. 3600 unit is not too pack for that kinda land size

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why ppl spending so much to buy this kind development. The price is not cheap but quality is cheap. With that price, we have so many options to choose why want to lock ourselves in a 3k+ units where in Malaysia we can easily & people around are all staying in landed house, low dense condo, nice and comfortable condo.
Somemore they built and show you how ugly and terrible their building & planning is, yet there are buyer for them. How government actually can approve this project and without asking the developer to do something for the accessibility such as widen the road etc.
Went to the showroom and eager to find out why have buyer for this condo, finally I know why. The agents are even train to overpromised and cheat customer about those fake future planning from the developer, when I ask them to show the proof, they skip my question and say developer will provide later. So we can imagine one day 100 people 20% ppl got cheated then they have 20 victims. Lastly, can’t provide me the proof yet still want to try super hard to force me place booking with those typical tricky skills that they learnt from the agency.
Of course, I don’t meant to say all agents are like that, but maybe I’m just unlucky to meet the one I met in their showroom that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is way too wrong.. how come such a project got approved? there must be certain building heights and densities that need to adhere. Not to mention the inadequate highways and roads for the ingress and egress of the building. Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting the showroom that know it have 40 plus facilities that for family to enjoys. Personally even it was high density but it was strategic location and rich with facilities. It near to mrt was convenient for travel with public transport and it nearby sunway velocity mall.
