★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is great. However, the administration is the worst of all the places I know.
If you need to receive any order, carriers will not receive it and the courier will take your order back. Even though they contact the office several times, they don't resolve it. I lost a lot of money with that and I already moved from that place.
This is for food orders, the delivery person arrives and cannot go up to your apartment or access any part of the building. You need to go down and receive at the door. And the guards are also not connected to notify you that you have arrived.
Just awful. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security nice but not good enough. Many spot dont have cctv expecially at parking lot n lift. Cctv view at middle not cover around corner. So it blind spot each lvl same. Access card only can go to facility, car park n our home. But without access card can go many lvl truly by stairs. If bad people live here, we are damn danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed the whole year in this condo. The room is perfect with a big window directly seeing the whole KL view. But the condo is located beside the high way which makes it noisy whenever there’s loud cars driving sound. The security is good and feel very safe and secure to stay. The security card is only available to go to the facilities floor and the floor that you stayed in. Both going up and even down floors needed to swipe card. The facilities is okay. Swimming pool is with good view but rather small. The gym is also small and the main thing is without dumbbell. The metro is really
close by around 5 min walk (mrt taman pertama) with a direct link bridge. All in all a good place to stay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. There's a covered link bridge to the MRT station makes travelling easier. Lovely view of the city's skyline from 28th Floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet on weekdays,can be quite loud on weekends since there will be crowd at the pool. There's a link bridge to the MRT Taman station,they also installed panic buttons along the bridge which is very good in terms of safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connected via path with canopy to taman pertama MRT station. Need damping as the noise from the highway come into the unit, you’ll need time to adjust and sleep peacefully as lots of ambulance sirene at night and racing motorbike. Facilities consider ok. Lift often broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no light at the pedestrian bridge connected to the MRT. Since yesterday 26/1/22 Very dark and not safe for people to take MRT at evening.Can the management check on this to ensure safety and avoid criminal take advantage especially at night?
