D&F Boutique Hotel Seremban 2

Stay for 1 night. Happy for all reason and If the washroom has door. If at seremban 2, this hotel is my first choice.

We have recently celebrated My Daughter's 2nd Birthday here Very Clean, Nice Looking Hotels Staffs were very responsive and helpful Overall great experience Will def return here if any events in future

The whole experience on this hotel was a bad, angry, sad & uncomfortable present. I was attending the cycling event which was held at this hotel & I expected it should be cyclist friendly hotel. Since arrange by organizer, I think should be no issue. The Bad: Upon I arrive, I bring along my bicycle & I wanted to checked in. The staff guided to another room. It was pack, small & somemore at the exit emergency staircase. Meaning there is no proper room to put even the event was held on this hotel. Of course I would say no & requested to put my bicycle into room. The Angry: I inform the staff that I wanted to keep into my hotel booked room & the staff very firmly say not allow. After few arguments I request for full refund which I don’t want to stay at this hotel anymore. Then the staff call the manager, we discuss & still no solution provided plus no refund. The Sad: At the end, we come out conclusion by placing extra deposit since they so afraid that my bicycle can damage their room by rampaging. Their request for deposit was abit ridiculous, Rm500 is way too higher ? than my original booked around Rm129+ The Uncomfortable: The following day, the event started but before that night I took video & picture in the room. There were some dirt stain on the wall which I pointed out on the video just avoid being blame. The room was slightly rundown, bed & toilet no issue. This is not the first time I attending any cycling event but overall no issue, unlike this hotel. Anyway, the whole journey on my cycling event, I felt so uncomfortable & couldn’t enjoy because my deposit still holding by them, there is no peace in mind as I’m dealing with 1300km event ? The last day on the event, I came back & I saw the organizer start packing stuff. I knew something not according to plan. So I went up to their conference room to collect my finishing goodies. To my surprise they were in the middle of argument between the owner & organizer. It seems that organizer been chase away by the owner of the hotel. How rude & how bad is this experience plus the owner claim himself as a “Dato” ? In my entire life, I never encounter a very very bad experience either from 5 star to 1 star. I think 1 star are doing far better than them. I think that’s about it & my deposit being refunded few days later after checked out from the hotel. I’m not sideline to any party but I’m paying for it expected greater hospitality but this kind of result I get from them ? Last minutes they put; "No Bicycle Allowed"

Very bad hospitality given by the staff and the owner. The front desk staff raised her voice and replied rudely to guests in front of other guests during check in. Both front desk lady and guest was shouting and got into argument over a RM50 deposit. Very inconsiderate to let guest check in first and give deposit later although room was already paid in full via online booking. Never seen such incident and embarrassing moment at the lobby caused by the front desk concierge.

Pro: Great location. Parking lot is not issue Mattress is feeling nice Con: blanket is too small for 2 persons. TV provided but without any programs

Lobby - simple with helpful enough staff. Have sofa and a place to sit if you’re waiting. Simple complimentary coffee machine too. Rooms - clean. Basic. Toilet - clean. No smell. Misc - 2 bottles of water, coffee tea making in the room. No iron or ironing board. Not sure if can request. Parking - ample and on site. Near enough from most eating and shopping area. Though would still need to have own transport or taxi.

A very spacious, clean n safe hotel. Good Parking n Security. Ground staff are friendly n the foyers have complimentary hot drinks...soy bean drinks is available too. The room are clean n very thing inside is very neat n clean. The housekeeping I found here is really very professional ... even better then some of the 5 star ⭐ hotel I stay before elsewhere thru out Malaysia. The bedsheets, pillow , towels etc are so clean n well presented in the room is above PAR EXCELLENT. If I were a JUDGE for Hotel judging ,I will Grant them Platinum Award. The attention to details is excellent excellent. My wife sometime, me do the booking for our friends n relative to Seremban 2 and I stay in Port Dickson at Resort hotel before n never come across so neat n tidy 1st class up keep hotel. Look 3 star but clean like 6 star ⭐ to me. Check ✅ it out you don't have to believe me. Remember in Seremban... Palm Court Hotel can't match this Sand F Boutique Hotel in Seremban.

Enjoyed so much during our 4D3N stay. Thanks the staff for the awesome services. Rooms are very nice spacious and comfortable. can really get a very comfortable night's rest here. Staffs here are friendly and warm. Hotel good for business or family vacation I would strongly recommend to stay in the hotel when you are in Seremban
