Pros:
- Location
- Easy to order grab food (many shops nearby)
- Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just ask them anything and they are willing to help
- Very clean room, towels, bed sheet, etc
- They give mug and coffee
- Have water filter outside the room
Cons:
- Near to karoke building
- Room are not soundproof. Bring earplug
- Clearner staff are friendly, but quite noisy during the day due to chatting while doing their works. Could heard from my room.
- Not all room have kiblat sign

โ โ โ โ โ Good price for value and good customer service provided by Lyla and room is ready for my family slightly earlier check in, overall room is clean and tidy,location near to palm mall many eateries nearby or walking distance.
Things to improve:
1)Should have some reserve parkings for customers.
2)Lift service required as need to carry luggages to go upstairs.
3)Tv channels could have more choices.

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed in 2 other hotels in Negeri Sembilan but none compared to this, those on a budget but want affordable, quality accomodations, this is the place to stay. Noteworthy mention : Staff by name of Lyaa and Wati provided excellent customer service. Polite, friendly and helpful. Didn't merely ask for feedback after stay but noted it down for follow up action. The professionalism shown here was simply astounding, luggage storage assistance was also provided. Looking forward to my next stay here, from the ipohmali guy.

โ โ โ โ โ Room was quite large for the price. Bathroom is attached and clean. Only gripe was the poor WiFi service initially. Staff was helpful in this matter and helped to reset the network. Overall an enjoyable stay.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best budget hotel i've stayed. Clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff were very courteous. May not be suitable for old people since there are no lifts, only stairs to go up to rooms.

โ โ โ โ โ Very strategic location nearby shops. Price is good for budget hotel. Room is clean. The girl receptionist is very friendly and helpful. They also do some survey about the rooms, question customer about the aircond and bathroom. The TV channel is clear too. Definitely will repeat again.
