★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cozy place in beautiful setting. Just park the car and walk everywhere. Night market in front of the hotel. Beach can be reached in 2 minutes. Alot of food and others around the corner. My family and I enjoy alot and will surely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: If I go to Penang again, I would stay somewhere in Gurneymaybe the G hotel or Evergreen. We just came back from the great island of penang. Staff were very helpful. The dinner we had at the Egyptian restaurant at dferingghi was great and the price is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont need frills and luxury but the minute i walked into my room i knew i had made a mistake. Location is extremely good and very convenient to go anywhere. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. The room is really really small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. No cleaning on room n air conditioning. Very disappointed on their bedroom and toilet. Too small. Really noy recommend for family with baby n small kids. The room price over expensive if compare on 3 to 4 star hotel. Breakfast serving just nasi bungkus n 3 in 1 drink. Really disappointed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very accessible. The location of the hotel is simply the best. There seems to be a lot to do nearby. Located right in the middle of Batu Feringghi and the night market is just opposite the hotel. We were exhausted from walking all day and really needed a quick shower before going to bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it to be a cosy, warm place to stay with it's village concept theme and cool coconut trees. The location is awesome. The room itself was very small with at the foot end of the double bed ( in a corner) a rickety table with coffee/tea making facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***y nice plants in the hotel area gives a homely atmosphere. We had the chance to look at the room before checking-in so we have the bigger picture of what they offer and what it cost. I had to wear shoes in the room as I could feel the grime under my feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby and restaurant at the front of the low rise hotel look promising and inviting, but the rooms tell a different story. My research partner and me stayed here last year due to the close proximity of this place and our research buildingthe Perak house across the street. The location is excellent in the middle of the Feringghi area.
