★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located next to an open air restaurant and food preparation starts at 05:00 and last until 23:00. The noise is constant from the customers, employees and the kitchen areas. I would suggest a different place to stay.

My wife and I book for 4 nights and run away the second day at night because 3 or 4 men from Bangladesh start to fight with each other around 10:30pm screaming for more than one hour and half.
Nobody from the hotel staff was there, nobody from the reception to stop the situation. This people start to smash doors in the hotel and going up and down and try to open the room were we stayed you can just imagine how scary we were was like an horror movie in the end we called the local police and when they arrive (lucky in time) they stopped the situation and we had the possibility to run away with our bags and went in a resort a lot more expensive but at least SAFE!
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is below RM100 per night. Very affordable for backpackers. The room has aircond and water heater. The room is clean. Near to the beach and a walking distance to night walk bazar and open air eatery place.
